OSU Geographers heading North (a bit)

A large contingent of OSU Geographers is making the trek to Manhattan, Kansas (KSU campus) to attend the Great Plains-Rocky Mountain AAG meetings October 5-6.

While out of our region (Southwest, or SWAAG), the chance to visit a new place for many, and a shorter travel time, makes OSU one of the top 3 contingents at the meeting. Ten graduate students and two faculty members are presenting papers or posters. SWAAG is also taking place October 4-6, and GIS Specialist Clay Barrett is representing OSU there in Baton Rouge.
